These findings should serve as a warning to anyone considering eating large amounts of deep-fried snacks regularly: the consequences could be far greater than just extra pounds on your waistline! Eating too much-fried food may put you at risk for both physical and mental health problems down the line – so it’s best to limit your intake if possible or opt for healthier alternatives like baked potatoes instead whenever possible.
