Manas Khatri is a Serial Entrepreneur & Business Coach who has founded multiple successful businesses in Marketing, Advertising, Branding, Information Technology, and Training. He is currently the Managing Director of Crazybrand Bazaar Private Limited. Mr. Manas is a Trusted Advisor to over 25 companies and specializes in Startup Consultation.

Manas, thank you for joining us today. We are excited, to say the least! Tell us a little bit about yourself and the work you do with Crazybrand Bazaar.

I am a business consultant having my expertise in Start-up consultation. With over 6+ years of experience, I have worked with clients from hospitality, lifestyle, manufacturing, import/export, real estate, FMCG, education, finance, events, public figures, and more. Apart from this, I am running multiple successful ventures under Crazybrand bazaar Pvt. Ltd. including:

– Digital Jugglers offers 360° Digital Marketing Services and has a presence in India and Canada.
– NADM – National Academy of Digital Marketing provides Digital Marketing Certification/Diploma with Live Project-based Training.
– Advertising A to Z provides a complete Offline Branding Solution.

Wow, you know how to keep yourself busy! What inspired you to start Crazybrand Bazaar?

I’ve been fascinated by technology since childhood. I started working on freelance projects from 9th grade onwards. I started my YouTube channel and blog, which were a good source of income at that time. During my MCA, I developed a keen interest in Digital Marketing inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Digital campaign. Later on, in 2016, I founded Digital Jugglers. Working with clients from multiple segments, I learned a lot about businesses, which offered business consultation.

Fascinating, so what Services do you offer under business consultation?

For startups, I offer the right strategy, implementation step tools, and tactics to help them grow beyond the ceiling. For older businesses, services range from identifying business problems, growth Strategy, Marketing Strategy, brand positioning, franchising, fundraising, Digital Transformation, etc. A list of consultation services that I offer include:

It seems like you cover it all! What would you say was the most memorable experience in the entire process leading up to where you are now?

I want this journey to be never-ending and the most beautiful journey of life. But the most memorable experience will always be the initial phase when All the work was being done alone, convincing the clients, generating leads, and ever organizing every business deal alone was a somewhat hectic and memorable experience. But this time taught me a lot in every manner, which is why I’m here and would be going ahead.

Truly inspiring! What strategies do you use to overcome stress and the inevitable roadblocks for moving forward?

Tech Culture

Stress makes us strong to stand repeatedly after falling apart and even after breaking into depth sometimes. When I feel Stressed, I make my approach to every situation more and more positive and ignore negative vibes and negative thoughts. Continuously learning from my mistakes makes me ease at moving ahead in life. At the time, I also spend time reading books and practicing Yoga and Meditation as well. Learning new skills always boosts you up in your tough times because you start setting new goals every day, which fills new energy in you, and thus, I love to learn new skills when I feel stressed.

Great to know! So in terms of a target market, which market would be ideal for your services?

Consultation is a business-to-business model. However, I also provide consultation to individuals, public figures, and celebrities. Anyone who wishes to start a new business or one who already has can be our client. I offer tailored services based on the type and size of the business.

I like that approach! Who has been your greatest source of inspiration?

I absolutely admire Steve Jobs the most! He has been inspirational and a great source of learning that I seek in Startups and other businesses.

He truly was an admirable man! How have the recent economic events affected your business? What have you done to adapt?

Tech Culture

COVID-19 and the resulting health crisis have affected me and my business on many levels. The lockdown has inevitably impacted business finances of all sizes. Yes, like every other company, we’ve moved our employees’ safety, health, and well-being to the forefront of our decision-making. We also faced problems with the payment flow in the market.

Our team worked remotely during the lockdown, and we used video conferencing for client and team meetings which is quite a new thing for some of us, but we adopted it effectively. We also managed internships remotely.

We also used the downtime of India’s nationwide lockdown to rethink, redesign, and reengineer how we work, where possible.

Very resilient! So which service are you most proud of and why?

Startup consultation! Being an entrepreneur, I understand how challenging it is to start our own business. I love to help people starting a new business and even motivate youngsters to start their own business, as I feel more energetic. It’s good to see someone going to start a journey that I’ve started years before.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give to a new entrepreneur?

Tech Culture

I’m very fortunate to be part of an entrepreneurial Journey. For newcomers, I must say:
If you have an outstanding idea that you believe can change society, make a wonderful plan and create a startup.

• The World is changing rapidly, and it is necessary to keep oneself updated.
• One should always love to learn topics and subjects which fascinate them the most.
• One should follow a guide or mentor who is considered an expert in the field they like the most.
• One should always learn skills and be agitated towards practical learning.
