The complaint alleges that when workers attempted to promote their union on Twitter, they noticed that searching for “Gigafactory Union” or other related terms did not yield any results. This led them to believe that Twitter was deliberately suppressing their messages to prevent them from gaining visibility and support for their cause.
In response, Tesla has denied any wrongdoing and stated it respects its employees’ rights under federal law to form unions if they so choose.
