The Luxury Beauty app has launched in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dubai, Miami, and many more cities around the globe, bringing top stylists and trainers to the homes or workplaces of consumers in up to 30minutes, thanks to its exclusive and pioneering partnership with Uber. We aim to evolve the way salons and trainers engage with their urban customers to cater to consumers’ increasing need for instant response premium services.
The Luxury Beauty app is the first beauty tech company in the world to build and launch a truly ‘on demand’ and fully automated platform that connects customers to stylists and trainers. The newest beauty platform for the world’s fastest retail e-commerce delivery platform.
Sounds exciting! What inspired you to start the app?
There was a big gap in the beauty industry to have my products within 60 minutes at home when I needed my beauty products and hairstylist to do my hair.
I’m sure we can all relate to that on some level! What were the most significant challenges you’ve faced when starting out?
The development of all the apps, and because I’m the only founder, I need to do it all by myself, together with an amazing team of developers who worked day and night on the platform—working from home during the COVID restrictions. We are running three apps. The Luxury Beauty app for the customers. For booking and orders, The Luxury Beauty Expert app for the Experts. Their business management app. The Luxury Beauty Delivery app for our delivery riders.
It sounds like you have a lot on your plate! How do you differentiate yourself from competitors?
We are the only company in the world with an integrated retail delivery service and integrated social media platform.
That is great to know! What strategies do you use to overcome stress and the inevitable roadblocks for moving forward?
I keep my vision in mind to create more freedom and love in this world with technology.
It certainly helps ease the stress of running a business. Which target market would be ideal for your service?
When you feel stressed and run down, what do you do? You head to a salon or spa to enjoy some much-deserved “me time.” That is no longer an option in such a short time, so the next best thing to ease some of that anxiety is to create an at-home spa using your favorite products and book your massage therapist at home.
The future is finally here! What are your greatest fears moving forward?
Making mistakes, so that’s why I always go the extra mile for people. I think everyone fears making mistakes. You just gotta do it anyway!
Absolutely! Which aspect of your app are you most proud of?
Having experts from all around the world. From San Francisco, New York, Miami, London, Paris, all the way to Dubai! All those experts already received many bookings, pretty cool, right!
Definitely, yes! What advice would you give to your past self if you were to start from the beginning?
Go out of your head, stop overthinking. Dare to make mistakes, go the extra mile and never give up. You will get there! You got this!
