And I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur because Entrepreneurs solve problems and bring a product or service to the world people need. So, it was natural for me to land up where I am. I also realized that the best businesses identify issues to address and then market solutions to those problems. I ventured into entrepreneurship.
I am Vijay Daniel, Founder & CEO, Simplify3X Software Pvt. Ltd. I’m a software engineer by profession and entrepreneur by passion. I grew up in rural Andhra Pradesh. I hold a degree in Computer Engineering. My parents were teachers in a local school. I have a passion for sports and won many laurels for my school. I live in Bengaluru, India’s Silicon Valley, with my wife, an author, and son. My hobbies include playing chess and cooking exotic dishes. My friends say I make the best biryani in town. I work effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of a team. I always seek new challenges and strive to think outside the box while looking for innovative solutions to a problem. I believe in passion, values, vision, and execution. I am a quick learner who believes in learning from my errors, and I am confident that this trait will propel me forward in life and my career.

My idol and someone I look up to is Rafael Nadal, the tennis legend. It’s all about being physically and mentally fit, paying attention to coaches, and mentors, being open to new ideas to improve things, daily concentration, intensity, and dedication. Practicing these traits like my idol Nadal helped me become the best version of myself.
I am logical, practical, and think out of the box. Being a sportsman, I strive to win. I follow the same in my professional life, just as in sports, I put in all efforts to succeed in my professional life. Sports hone our abilities to help you thrive in the business and life. Athletes understand the value of effort, adaptation, achieving goals, and humility. These abilities transfer to the professional sphere and help advance in professional life and personal relationships.

I won a few awards and recognition in various sports and games like football, athletics, and badminton. I also won the sportsperson of the year award in inter-school competitions. And also, APAC CIO Outlook’s recognition of Simplify3X as “The Company of the Year.”
